Answering the most frequently asked questions about TopRank

What is TopRank?

TopRank is a marketing tool that improves your position in the Just Eat app and web search results. TopRank can boost your business at the right time to the right customers, so that you receive more orders. You pay per order when TopRank is activated, and you can choose how much to bid and which days and times your business is boosted.

Who can use TopRank?

Any partner that has been on the Just Eat platform for at least 30 days can activate a TopRank campaign.

What does cost per order mean?

Cost per order means that you pay a fee only if you receive an order while TopRank is live. This results in a direct return on investment for you. No order = no fee.

How much does TopRank cost?

You decide! There’s a minimum and maximum fee, but the more you invest, the greater your visibility.

How does using TopRank benefit me?

You’ll improve your ranking in the search results, get more orders, and more new customers, all with a fully flexible campaign.

Why am I not in the top position of search results?

TopRank gives you an added boost on top of your organic ranking. To climb further up the ranking, you can increase your bid price or check your Performance Score page to see our recommendations for how to improve your organic ranking.

How can I set up a TopRank campaign?

Activate TopRank any time once it launches in the Partner Hub under the ‘Marketing’ tab.

What if I only want to be boosted at certain times?

You have full control over when you’re boosted; you can set your campaign to be always-on, or choose specific days and times. You can also turn TopRank on and off whenever you want for an instant boost.

How long does a TopRank campaign last?

As long as you want it activated! You decide how long your campaign lasts. Your business will be boosted until you turn TopRank off in the Partner Hub.

Where can I see the results of my campaign?

You can see how your TopRank campaign is performing at any time on the Partner Hub. You’ll also get an email every month with personalised data on how your campaign performed so you can track the following metrics:

  • Total revenue during campaign
  • Total campaign cost (Ad spend)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Orders received during campaign
  • Menu Views

When and how will I be invoiced?

You will get invoiced for TopRank as per your weekly invoicing cycle. Invoices can be viewed and downloaded in the Partner Hub under the “Reporting” section.

What will happen if I edit my active campaign?

Once you edit your campaign, your previous campaign will be deactivated and immediately replaced by the new version. You can still find details about your old campaign in the history section.
